Home Learning 2020-2021

We would like to encourage you to do some fun learning at home. On this page you will find lots of different activities you can do at home.

Don't forget to take lot of pictures and keep anything you do as we will look forward to seeing them all!

We would like you to email your pictures of what you've been doing at home to us on or if you have any questions for us.

This term our topic is The Stone Age

The children will be learning the Stone Age. They will be looking at the different stages of this time period. Looking at how they lived, what they ate, what conditions they lived in and many more.

Our science topic is Rocks. We will be focussing on fossil formation, the work of Mary Anning and working to identify different rocks.

At the bottom of this page you will find some extra home learning projects you can choose from whilst at home.

Live Lessons

The children will be having 3 daily 30 minute live teaching sessions whilst home learning is happening.

These sessions will take place on Microsoft Teams at 10am, 12pm & 2pm.

How do I access these lessons?

Each child was given an email address by the class teachers last half term. They should use these and the passwords they were given to log into the Microsoft Teams app or the web address

When seeing this website please click on Sign in. Use the log in details that your child has been given.

Enter the email address followed by the password.

Your child will either be in Year 3 Group 1 class or  Year 3 Group 2. Click on your child's class and you will then be able to join the live lessons from here.

The children can also complete their work on here and submit online.

As well as these live lessons we will also be posting the daily work here on the website for those unable to join the live lessons.
